Member Stories
Real people. Real strength. Real proof that the barbell changes more than numbers.
Syd
When I first joined a gym, I was nervous. Unsure of myself. I couldn’t do a pull-up or a sit-up. Then I met Sarah Stewart. She didn’t hype me up or hand out easy wins. She met me where I was, looked me in the eye, and told me to start. One rep. Then another.
Since starting, I’ve lost forty pounds, regulated my diabetes, and found a steadiness I hadn’t felt in years. I can deadlift 230 pounds now. When life gets hard, I remember: I’ve already lifted harder things.

Sarah is an amazing coach. When I started my weightlifting journey 2 years ago with her I had no idea how to lift and have always been intimidated in the gym. She took the time to show me proper technique and form along with building my confidence in the gym.
After 2 years of lifting with her I have so much more muscle definition and strength which not only has improved my physical health but also my mental health. Sarah has truly changed my life.

I started training with Sarah a few years ago at a time when I was totally stuck. I gained weight after COVID, was hitting the gym for ages, but was spinning my wheels because I had no clue what I was doing.
With Sarah, I’ve built the confidence I needed and seen results: nearly 30 pounds lost, major strength gains, and finally hitting PRs that felt impossible before.
Courtney
I have been under Sarah's coaching for roughly 3 years. She has helped me regain my confidence and strength with group coaching and individual coaching.
Sarah does a great job helping me modify workouts due to injuries, allowing me to continue and strengthen through those injuries. I look forward to many years of training with her.
Kailee
Working with Sarah has been such a life changing experience for me. I started training with her about six months postpartum, never imagining I’d be able to do pushups or lift heavy weights.
With her encouragement and programming, I’ve gotten so much stronger and lost 30 pounds along the way. She shows up 100% every session, and that makes me want to show up just as much.
